Abstract
The article attempts to assess the dynamics of the protest the potential of Russians, taking into account socio-demographic and psychographic characteristics of potential (non -) participants of protest actions at the age of 16 and older. We used data from two “waves” of regular representative (for cities with a population of 100 thousand or more inhabitants) of the all-Russian research (Russian index of target groups) in the second half of 2012.
