- Abstract
- The article deals with the features of modern ideas of Russians about happiness, possible ways to achieve it, and socio-psychological aspects of building a happy life. The main attention is paid to finding out the weight of the factors that influence the formation and preservation of a state of happiness. The second article reveals the Russian specifics of such sources of happy life as work, leisure, and relationships. One of the problems that prevent many people from maintaining a sense of a happy life, which sharply worsens in old age, is considered a gradual narrowing of the social circle and loneliness. On the other hand, there is a positive impact on the formation and maintenance of a state of happiness, reducing hostility, reducing intolerance in society and increasing interpersonal trust.
