Промышленная политика и решоринг: байденомика сменяет трампономику

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются основные инициативы администрации президента Дж. Байдена в отношении промышленной политики и решоринга. Отмечается широкий двух-партийный характер поддержки реиндустриализации США. Обобщены критические аргументы в адрес не оправдавшей себя концепции постиндустриальной экономики услуг в пользу восстановления промышленного облика США. Рассмотрены основные драйверы активизации промышленной политики – технологическая безопасность национальной промышленной базы и снижение зависимости от зарубежных поставок, обострение американо-китайского технологического соперничества. Отмечена интенсификация предложений по усилению плановых и даже мобилизационных компонентов при проведении реиндустриализации США. Приведены текущие данные об итогах политики решоринга в США с 2010 года. Проведён критический анализ и вскрыты достижения и недостатки политики решоринга администрации Д.Трампа.
