- Abstract
- The article presents the results of a study conducted in multi-ethnic regions of Russia with a complex population composition, a vast territory, and dispersed settlement of an ethnic group. Professional strategies and career orientations of young Russian Germans are studied. Define the levels and types of their civic and ethnic identity, the role of ethnic media in shaping cultural attitudes and language competences. Migration moods and reasons for the formation of multiple ethnic identity are analyzed.
