Abstract
The article is devoted to the regulation of teachers ' work. The hypothesis was tested whether the main reason for physical and psychological fatigue of teachers is the imperfection of its rationing. Conducting a two-week timekeeping (April 2015) of the working time structure and a questionnaire survey of teachers showed that any perfect labor standards can be distorted by inept labor organization by the heads of General education organizations. Control by the territorial education authorities and trade unions purely from the point of view of quantitative (formal) characteristics of labor standards is ineffective, so the working week of teachers instead of 18 hours often exceeds 30 hours, and this despite the fact that, starting from the fourth lesson, physical and psychological fatigue occurs.
