Abstract
The article analyzes trends in the labor market in Voronezh: the possibility of working in the specialty, labor mobility, staff turnover, job satisfaction, working hours, nuances of contractual relations between employees and employers. The discrepancy between the needs of the market and the structures of higher education is revealed, which is embodied in a significant number of specialists working outside of their specialty. Grow employee turnover in enterprises, dissatisfaction with wages, and the length of irregular working hours. Labor relations between an employee and an employer are often built outside the framework of the law. The analysis allows us to draw a General conclusion about the lack of social solidarity that would contribute to the harmonization of labor relations.
