- Abstract
- The changes that have taken place in Russia have created a new socio-economic situation in the labor market, to which both the education sector, employees, employers and the state continue to adapt. How successful was this mutual adjustment? To what extent is the “product” of education (qualification and educational potential) accepted by the Russian labor market? It is shown that the main trend is the discrepancy between the available quantity and quality of trained specialists and the structure of demand from employers. Imitation (simulation) became a reality) professional education. The result can be seen in structural unemployment and the separation of education from the labor market.
