Abstract
Ideas about social justice in a society are largely determined by the distributional relationships that have developed in it. The results of the study show that the concept of social justice in such an aspect as wage fairness is particularly important in Russian society and is closely related to the volume, nature, and quality of social justice. the content of the work performed, the level of remuneration at a particular enterprise. It is concluded that the interests of groups vested with power and controlling property are the most important factor preventing the establishment of salaries that correspond to the ideas of social justice.
