Abstract
The article is prepared within the project "Modeling of the state anticorruption policy tools" FPP "Scientific and scientific-teaching personnel of innovating Russia" on 2009-2013 years. The article is aimed at defining the influence of the corruption on the relative effectiveness of the alternative regulation regimes (government regulation, self-regulation, co-regulation, lack of regulation) and on the rational choice of economic agents. The analysis is based on the differentiated approach including typological division of (1) ex ante, ex post and strategic corruption, (2) private and public rent flows, (3) internal and external regulation regimes failures and economic agents coordination costs.
