- The development of bioethics in Republic of Belarus in general and moral and legal aspects of regulating medical research involving human subjects, in partic- ular, are covered as well as innovative developments in the investigations in Human mentality and consciousness. The antinomies of Human existence within the framework of philosophical anthropology are considered.
