- Abstract
- Hardly ever any thinker could foresee that some day misanthropology will appear in a complex and manifold spectrum of modern trends and hues of philosophical and anthropological thought. Its essence is total criticism of Human as an analogue of Being. It is not mere disappointment in the reasonableness, morality, and ideality of Adam's offspring. Neither is it the phenomenon of cyborgization of man, inexhaustible desire to cast off the former anthropological image from human beings. Misanthropology can be regarded as a kind of metanoia, that is, as a radical change in mentality.
