- Abstract
- The phenomenon of shame is considered, it's causes and reasons. The shame is a property of all cultures, but it is expressed in different grade of intensity. The universal nature of the shame is particularly manifested in corporeal sphere. The difference of the shame manifestations is noted as a cyclical alternation of it's various forms. We concluded that emergence of the new contents of shame can withstand it's sagging values. In the epoch of Modern shame is transforming from the pure form to it's own content and becoming a kind of shame of the shame.
