- Abstract
- Data on 28 samples of the Kazakh researched in the middle of the twentieth century and published by O. Ismagulov (1982) have been investigated with the application of the canonical discriminant analysis. As a result, five anthropological variants of the Kazakh having geographical areas have been revealed. On a complex of anthropological variables, Southern and Western regional variants, and also Southeast and Northeast variants, display the greatest affinity. The Northern variant is a little distinct from them.
