Abstract
The article describes the technique of "unpaired numbers" (UCT - unmatched count technique), designed to increase the reliability of respondents ' answers to sensitive questions and has gained popularity in foreign research practice. The normative content of this technique, its organizational and methodological, procedural and statistical features are analyzed. Recommendations for improving the effectiveness of its use are offered.
Keywords
"randomized response" (RRT) technique, "unpaired numbers" (UCT) technique, sensitive questions, subjective anonymity, respondents ' sincerity
